After working as a loan coordinator for 6 months, where he gained valuable industry knowledge, his abilities were quickly apparent. He then made the transition to origination, where he has continued to thrive. The value of the inner workings of a loan file are crucial to insure an efficient transaction. Seth has this wealth of knowledge which has proven to provide a smooth transaction, every time.
Throughout his youth Seth competed as an athlete for USA Cycling and was part of the US National Team. These accolades allowed him to travel abroad racing in Canada and Europe, as well as numerous events throughout the country. This strong work ethic and attention to discipline has followed him into his professional life. He continues to mentor amateur cyclists and lends his talents developing youth. Cycling and an active lifestyle are two of the many reasons Seth lives here in Utah, which supply him a backdrop for the things he enjoys. Other hobbies include backcountry snowmobiling and running/hiking in one of the many canyons just minutes from his home at the base of the Wasatch mountains.
